Early on
We started 2024 wrapping up one of our largest projects in several years. The final phase of roofing for the community finished successfully. Completing this project early in the year has given the association leverage in negotiating with property insurance companies that are putting extreme cost pressure on all homeowners in Florida. All we can do is to stay ahead of the replacement schedules ensuring that the community is reasonably protected from risk.
Current
Today we are investing in the future with cutting-edge fiber infrastructure that will enable connectivity savings for every owner and new owner service models that will improve quality of life. Vista Cove is a recognized Florida Friendly community nestled within unique but sensitive ecological spaces. Our fiber network will be integrated into our environmental stewardship model that will partner with our neighbor to protect the beautiful flora and fauna in our own backyard.
